Ordering process
Once you have selected one of our products on offer, you can place your purchase in the shopping cart by clicking on "shopping cart", with no obligation to purchase. You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on “shopping cart”, with no obligation to purchase, and delete individual or all selected products by placing a tick in the “Remove” column and then clicking on “Update”.
If you wish to purchase the products placed in the shopping cart, first click on "Shopping Cart" and then on "Checkout". An order form will appear on your screen, in which you need to enter your personal information; compulsory information is marked *. You are given the option to register but is not compulsory to purchase a product. After entering your data, select your preferred delivery and payment options. You then have the opportunity to once again check the information you have entered. You can cancel the order process at any time by closing your browser window. In addition, on each page during the order process there is further information, in particular on how to make changes to your order.
By clicking on “Submit” you complete the ordering process and submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement with respect to the products ordered. Once you have submitted your order you will receive a non-binding confirmation from us of your order by email, containing all the important details of your order. Your offer to purchase is accepted on despatch of the ordered products and the purchase agreement is effectively concluded.
The text of the entire agreement is stored in our data systems. For security reasons, once the order has been concluded the text of the agreement will no longer be available on the internet. We will confirm the information you entered by email after you have placed your order. You can view the General Terms and Conditions on our website at any time via the respective link.
Delivery information and delivery costs
The object of purchase will be delivered to the address provided by you.
No packaging and delivery costs will be charged if the value of the order is more than 150.00 euros in the case that the delivery address is in Germany. In all other cases the costs for packaging and delivery are as follows:

*Express delivery is only possible when paying by credit card or PayPal. The ordered goods can be delivered the next day in if the order is received by jetsetclass.com before 12 midday from Monday to Thursday.
Cash on delivery is only possible for deliveries to an address in Germany. In this event, you will be responsible for the payment of the total price (made up of purchase price plus packaging and delivery costs) as well as the payment on delivery surcharge of EUR 6.50 (EUR 4.50 payment on delivery charge and EUR 2 forwarding fee) directly to the deliverer or bearer. The additional costs for payment on delivery also apply to deliveries where the purchase price exceeds EUR 150.00.
